I ordered a ticket, but I can’t find it anywhere.

Ticket e-mails sometimes end up in your spam folder. If you do not find them there, please fill in the contact form and clearly state your name, your address and, if you have it, the order number. We will resend your tickets as soon as possible.


I would like an invoice OF my tickets.

There is another name on my ticket.

If you bought your concert ticket via the official website, you should not experience any problems. Please note that the barcode on a ticket can only be used once. If your barcode has already been scanned at the entrance, you will be refused access.


Can I take pictures/film/record during the concert?

It is forbidden to bring professional photo, film and recording equipment to the concert.


Are children allowed during the concert?

We do not have a minimum age for the concert, all ages are welcome.
Ticket prices do not take into account the age of the visitor, tickets for children at a reduced fee are not available.


Can I promote my own event on/around the concert site?

No promotion may be held on and around the concert site without the explicit permission of the organisers.


I’m a journalist and I would like to receive all press material about this concert.

Send an e-mail to amelie@gentlepromotion.be and she will provide you with the press release and the press pictures.

Please note, since press passes are limited in quantity, we cannot guarantee every journalist will get one. We’ll answer these requests two weeks prior to the concert.
